As one of our tenants, you will be offered a personal service and long-term security, as we own our properties. Your home will be maintained to a high standard, including any servicing and repairs. You will have access to a 24-hour phone helpline, open 365 days a year. If you have any problems with your house or flat, then our friendly, welcoming team are always on hand to advise.

We want you to enjoy living in your home and to become your landlord of choice. For your peace of mind, we are accredited by the National Landlord Association (NLA). Our team has been fully trained when it comes to property management. If you need an emergency repair, we aim to respond within 4 hours of your call, and we aim to fix any urgent repairs within 3 working days. We only use council approved contractors.
