Frank Hyslop is the Gas & Electrical Manager for NABCEL.

Frank was appointed to his current position with NABCEL in December 2019 and has a wealth of experience within the public sector for over 30 years.  His career started as an apprentice, working his way up as a supervisor and leading on to a manager’s role. His understanding of his previous roles enables him to mentor engineers and supervisors to ensure they capture and provide a high standard of service to clients within the industry. Frank brings a variety of knowledge due to the roles he has held on a permanent and interim basis, from successfully liaising with forums and planning teams to ensure value for money to managing all trades within the construction industry.

Frank has been a member of Gas Safe Register since they took over from Corgi services in 2009.
