Jo Tipping is the Homes Manager for NABCEL.

Having previously worked for Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council in Allocations, and the Housing Options Team, Jo became the Homes Manager for NABCEL in September 2015. Jo is an accredited landlord with the National Registered Landlord Association (NRLA) and has a degree in Housing Options with the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).
