Simon Tipping is the Property Manager for NABCEL.

Simon was appointed to his position in February 2017 and oversees the management of NABCEL’s cleaning services, and temporary accommodation. Before joining NABCEL Simon previously worked as a Site Manager for a primary school gaining over 10 years’ experience in the cleaning industry and has also served 27 years as a Special Constable rising to the rank of Chief Inspector.
