Drawing on our extensive experience in the surveying sector we can offer a project managed service to all clients seeking refurbishment works, from landlords wishing to make alterations to existing buildings, through to providing fully detailed measured building surveys.
Our project management and co-ordination services can be provided for both the pre and post contract project phases. Programming, co-ordination, and management of pre and post contract activities is vital to ensure smooth running of projects. Our role as Project Manager/Co-ordinator is to facilitate delivery and to meet the client aims and objectives. We work with our clients to achieve their project goals, guiding them along the way, whilst anticipating problems and working together to resolve issues before they arise.
